All of us at Louis Taylor are delighted to announce the promotion of Ben Beswick from Trainee Surveyor to Graduate Surveyor with the company.
Previously a Trainee Surveyor with us at Louis Taylor, Ben has recently graduated with a first class degree in BSc Real Estate Surveying from Salford University, and as a result of acquiring his new qualification, he has been promoted from Trainee Surveyor to Graduate Surveyor with his Bsc (Hons).
Commenting on his new promotion Ben said, “I enjoyed the speciality of the degree course, mainly because by working through the various disciplines involved in BSc Real Estate Surveying, you gain working knowledge and the practical skills that make you industry-ready.”
“These cover such areas as property valuation, investment, development, property law and property management, but I particularly enjoyed valuation, an area I’ll focus on in my new role.”
“The degree is RICS accredited, which means I can start working towards completing the Assessment of Professional Competence to become a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer.”
Whilst studying for his new qualification Ben was funded and supported by Louis Taylor, and joins the highly professional team handling all types of residential and commercial property at North Staffordshire and South Cheshire’s leading independent chartered surveyors and estate agents.
