I recently completed on a purchase with Louis Taylor acting as the seller’s agent.
The process began in April 2021 and we were hoping that the sale would go through within the usual time frame of 3 months give or take.
I personally dealt with Pamela from Louis Taylor on an almost daily basis towards the end of the transaction which in the end took over 8 months to complete due to various restraints and requests from the mortgage company from my side.
It was an extremely stressful time and I have to say Pamela made the whole sale a much smoother and easier process than it could have been.
She was always so pleasant during our telephone calls and went above and beyond every morning to push the sale ahead.
I am sure that if it hadn’t been for Pamela and her helpful manner the sale would have collapsed at the seven month point.
