SALES FEE

Our fee to sell your home is 1% plus VAT (subject to a minimum fee of £1300.00 plus VAT) payable upon financial completion.

We offer a strict ‘No Sale, No Fee’ policy.

It is a legal requirement in the UK for a property to have an Energy Performance Certificate for sales or lettings.

FULLY MANAGED RENTAL FEE

Our monthly management charge for a managed property is 10% plus VAT.

LETTING ADMINISTRATION FEE

£300.00 plus VAT per let (covers advertising, viewing arrangements, accompanied viewings if required, initial Assured Shorthold Tenancy and paperwork, protection of the deposit, referencing, right to rent check and ‘To Let’ board).

LET ONLY

One month’s rent including VAT payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced through the Agent, subject to a minimum fee of £450.00 including VAT (covers advertising, viewing arrangements, accompanied viewings, if required, initial Assured Shorthold Tenancy, protection of the deposit, referencing and right to rent checks).

TENANT FEES

As per the Tenant Fees act 2019 you may be charged a maximum fee of £50.00 (or reasonable incurred costs, if higher) for:

• The variation, assignment, or notation of a tenancy
• Payments associated with early termination of the tenancy, when requested by the tenant
• A default fee for late payment of rent and replacement of a lost key/security device giving access to the housing, where required under a tenancy agreement
