Commercial Property Co-ordinator
We are seeking a person, ideally with a background in estate agency to co-ordinate the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and compliance of our managed commercial properties. The ideal candidate will work alongside our commercial management team & appointed contractors, to ensure that all buildings and services are compliant, cost-effective, and maintained to the highest standards.

Experience in commercial property management preferred but not essential if a background in commercial property is held. The role would suit a recently qualified Chartered Surveyor looking to further their career or a candidate looking to develop their skills, gain experience and seeking to sit the assessment of professional competence (APC) to become a Chartered Member of the RICS.
