Congratulations to our colleague and now Chartered Surveyor Ben Beswick Bsc (Hons) MRICS, who has now passed the RICS assessment of professional competence (APC). It is with great pride that we can report Ben’s success.
When, as a firm, we decided to create our own internal Apprenticeship programme our aim was to develop a number of young people in the local area in order to create the property professionals of the future. By developing these young professionals, we looked to future proof not only our own practice of Chartered Surveyors & Estate Agents but also the future of the property industry within the Staffordshire and South Cheshire area which we consider our homeland.
Having started the programme with 6 young people with immense potential we have now seen 3 of them graduate with first class degrees from Salford University. To see Ben now pass his APC and become the first Chartered Surveyor of the most recent cohort produced by the programme is a very welcome event. I am sure further successes will follow in due course.
We wish Ben the best of luck in his career where we expect he will grow from strength to strength. Ben is looking to continue his career in the professional services area of the industry, conducting work within the field of commercial valuation, rent review and lease renewal, building on his experience and skill set already developed here with us at Louis Taylor.
Great to have another Chartered Surveyor on board and we look forward to seeing Ben develop a career within the industry.
