Congratulations to our colleague and now Chartered Surveyor Ben Hulse BSc (Hons) MRICS, who has now passed the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence, the mark of professionalism within the global property industry.
As a product of Louis Taylor’s in-house apprenticeship programme, we are extremely proud to report that Ben has followed up his graduation from the University of Salford, with a 1st class honours degree, with the passing of the APC. The aim of our apprenticeship programme is to develop a number of locally based young people in order to create the property professionals of the future and we have certainly seen a notable success to date with 3 now having graduated with 1st class honours degrees and 2 now fully qualified as Chartered Surveyors, including the designation of Registered Valuer and another as a Chartered Business Manager.
We now look forward to working alongside Ben as his career develops. Ben has chosen to pursue his career within the specialist field of commercial valuation where he will continue to build on his experience and skill set developed to date.
Congratulations Ben, the hard work and dedication paid off and the achievement is well deserved.
