An opportunity has arisen to join our established Commercial Property Team.

We are looking for an experienced administrator who has a background in Estate Agency.

Responsibilities will include inter alia: –

  • Answering calls and dealing with general enquiries from the public and our valued clients.
  • Registering details of interested parties, and creating mailshots on available commercial stock.
  • Diary Management, including the scheduling of appointments for surveyors & arranging viewings on vacant commercial properties.
  • Providing in-depth verbal and written viewing feedback to clients.
  • Presenting offers, negotiating and progressing sales & lettings in co-ordination with the commercial team.
  • Preparation and upkeep of physical and digital files.
  • Preparation and distribution of marketing materials for properties both for sale & to let.
  • Instructing third party contractors and suppliers including EPC’s and other relevant certification as required.
  • Creating, issuing invoices along with chasing payment for completed transactions.

The ideal candidate will have: –

Previous experience in a commercial setting or similar role i.e estate agency.

  • Organisational skills.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Ideally a working knowledge of the commercial property market, both sales and lettings.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, preferably knowledge of Agency Pilot software although training available if required.

Job Types: Full-time

Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday Work

Location: Newcastle-Under-Lyme – Office Based
