Following on from the recent announcement and further COVID restrictions that will be in place as of Thursday 5th November 2020. We would like to assure our clients we will be continuing to operate and able to deliver our regular services, whilst adhering to the government advice and guidance. There will be a number of alterations to how we are able to operate and would request your assistance in ensuring that we are all kept as safe as possible during this difficult time.
Office Opening Hours and Access
Unless advised otherwise our office will remain open for telephone/email enquiries, however visits to the office will be strictly by a pre-arranged appointment. We would encourage (where possible) all enquiries to take place via email or telephone during this period.
Accompanied Viewings
We will still be in a position to offer physical viewings on all our rental and sales properties, subject to a prior risk assessment. All viewers, property owners and Louis Taylor employees will be required to wear appropriate PPE, keeping social distancing at all times and viewers will be restricted to two people from any one household.
Prior to the viewings property owners are strongly advised to open all doors and access ways throughout, turn on all lights and viewers will be asked not to touch surfaces (where possible).
We would also advise that in line with government recommendations all viewings will be limited to 15 minutes.
Appraisals/Valuations
As the government have currently advised that house sales and moves can take place, we are more than happy to carry out appraisals and valuations in person. This will be subject to an initial discussion and risk assessment to ascertain your requirements and to address any safety concerns that you may have in relation to the sale or letting of your property.
We will continue to monitor government advice and advise accordingly, however should you have any particular concerns relating your property needs please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for your continued support and patience.
